In 2013, she made the decision to commit herself to changing the creative world as we know it and strategically aligned all of her experiences accordingly, including studying History of Art at University of London. Her skillset spans business administration for global organisations; operations management; business development strategy; market research; data analysis; financial reporting and auditing; product and technology development and copywriting. Through this he has developed an outstanding skillset including stakeholder management, business case creation, team governance, resource management, risk and issue management, finance/budget management, project planning & tracking management, delivery management & quality management. 

With over 20 years’ experience delivering global enterprise business solutions across agile, waterfall, lean and agile processes, Justin ensures decisions are made in a timely manner and that the correct products are delivered to delight and drive growth. Justin has managed teams of over 100 resources including UX, Designers, Researchers, Product Owners, Dev, Test, Architects, Dev Ops, as well as working in matrix managed teams across several disciplines including Commercial, Technology, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations. A forceful empath who builds relationships naturally across businesses and teams by being transparent and forthcoming. Justin has managed budgets of over £60million, leading the way as a  positive disruptor, practical thinker, problem solver and solution(s) creator. Stuart lives for the excitement of creating and developing new business ideas, with experience across web3, wealth management, real estate, contract negotiation and business development. He believes in fostering strong connections in business and in building a professional network that creates opportunity and prosperity for everyone. Stuart is a serial founder and entreprenur, including co-founder of Barcelona Decision Makers, a members collective of selected organisations. Their purpose is to facitiliate financing, joint ventures, investments and assist in closing business agreements. 

Additionally, Stuart serves as CEO of Cryptosnack, an iGaming token that have recently secured £50 million in seed-funding. Stuart's patient and inquisitive approach to problems along with his incredible communication skills have built him a strong network of business leaders. His connections operate within major industries across UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, North America, Ukraine, Russia, Hong Kong and China. Stuart has played a key role in the research, ideation and strategy stage of STATIK and has been here from the very beginning. His expansive experience, sharp mind and innovative tendencies have guided us towards where we need to be. He is currently stepping in as Interim C.F.O but due to bandwidth will eventually move on to our advisory board upon our seed round.


With a calm, steady approach & 'think-on-your-feet' style, Andre makes for an exceptional leader with a playful approach to discovering new solutions and pushing boundaries. With over 26 years of experience designing developing & deploying software products, multithreaded programming, event-driven, real-time applications and service-oriented architecture, sometimes we call the magician. 

Andre's skillset includes but is not limited to Azure CI/CD, project management, NET framework, web-based applications, desktop applications (WPF and WinForms), service-oriented architecture (microservices, APIs REST and SOAP, WCF), client-server development patterns, elasticsearch/kibanna, SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL databases, cross-platform mobile development (Xamarin), third-party libraries (Camunda, PdfTron, DevXpress, Syncfusion, Telerik). His fast-pace curious mind offers him the ability to deliver creative and sophisticated solutions at every turn. He is also seriously into the moon and always reminds us when there is a full moon. Alumni of massive players such as Societe General and Merrill Lynch, Ali specialiszes in TREP Market Data System which converts market data from Exegy real-time market data solutions for use across the Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform. Thomson Reuters has teamed with ITRS Group to deliver real-time monitoring and management of financial institutions’ market data, trading and risk management infrastructure. Ali has also worked across Eikon and Bloomberg terminals, he skillset includes engineering in-house market data systems, data platform designing and engineering, maintainig data systems, AWS exposure, managing and maintaining monitoring tools and more. 

Ali is a stickler for cost-efficiency and optimisation. He once reduced a market data server estate from 130 to 53 servers. He has had regular site visits to LD4 Slough, LHC Docklands and LBL Interxion. Working alongside CME Aurora, Nasdaq Stockholm, BME Madrid and Frankfurt FR2 and revamped the Market Data Server Refresh by re-building the Low Latency Market Data platform with high spec servers a higher gigabyte backbone. Ali's expertise also streams into Market Rates Services, Trading Systems and Market Feeds, specifically those of Bloomberg and Reuters. He also specializes in disaster recovery site (design & implementation) which we think is cool. Ali is an energetic, sharp-minded, creative leader and advocate of always maintaining an open dialouge in business.


Quentin has lived and worked in France, South Africa, Malaysia and Spain. His passion lies in fundamentally changing the status-quo of how value is translated and believes in the potential of web3+real world communities to do so. Quentin's network also reaches across West Africa and the Mena region, build through the different projects he contributed to and his involvement within the blockchain community (mostly Ethereum projects, and now going deeper into Cosmos and ReFi). Over the past decade, he has worked in the fintech industry,  with a specific focus in Blockchain as well as Islamic Finance. The fields of application he is most interested in are clean energy and financial sovereignty. Quentin also holds a BA politcs and development studies from University of London and a degree in urban water infrstucture management (CFA de l'EURE).

Quentin's rich experience includes real world asset tokenization mobile app, community building, business development, cybersecurity focusing on threat intelligence and threat hunting, technical writing, project management and web3 consulting focusing on wealth preservation, tokenomics architectecture and carbon reduction program development and monitoring. Quentin is also founder of NFT Club Barcelona, a members club organising events for hunderds of web3+ and NFT degens from all over the world. Through one of these events, he was introduced to STATIK and all of his insights and input have been of crucial importance to the project ever since.  




Sid is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Group.  He is an innovator with expertise at bringing operations, technology and data together to provide award winning products and transformation within the industries in which he operates. After studying computer science and then philosophy, he began his career in New York, structuring synthetic credit instruments at Morgan Stanley. Following this, Sid moved to Citigroup where he traded multi-billion dollar portfolios of credit instrument, leading the funding and acquisition of multiple small banks across Europe. At the age of 27, Sid became a Vice President at Citigroup in London.

Sid has lead from inception to serving 500 + global corporate accounts, over 1 million apartments on the platform and a unique & proprietary suite of SaaS products for the business travel industry. His company has continuously received industry recognition and awards for outstanding quality and products. Sid was included in Asian Wealth Magazine’s “5 Asian Entrepreneurs to watch out for in the UK”, one of the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech, and one of 17 CEOs of the fastest growing companies in the UK at LSE's ELITE program.

Lorraine is a highly skilled leader, innovator and communicator, success-driven and creative with end-to-end strategic, operational and commercial experience consistantly anticipating the needs of the customer.  She has worked for some of the largest players in the wellness and luxury sector including General Healthcare Group, BMI Healthcare, HCA International, Emirates Healthcare, Cosmesurge and Insignia Group of companies. She has launched businesses and supported clients in refining their strategies and taking advantage of the new opportunities in evolving global healthcare channels.

His experience spans founding and co-founder several startups around technology, including corporate digital venture fior Shell Digital Ventures. He has also served as Head of Growth and Chief Marketing Office at 3 differnet startups at post-series A stage. Building and growing start-ups to their highest potential is Tomas' passion. 

He has  played a key role in building on several different projects namely CausaLens: AI/ML startup with the best prediction tech for time-series data in complex, dynamic systems; Founders Factory: a venture builder and early-stage investment firm with by Brent Hoberman of They have raised over £100 million in funding from L'Oreal, easyJet, Aviva, Guardian Media Group, Holtzbrinck, CSC Group and Marks & Spencer, Wunder Mobility (A platform powering shared mobility solutions in the world's rising megacities who raised £60m Series C); fave (formerly known as kFIT, a Pan-Asian payments startup whose investors included Sequoia Capital)
